I'M SO TROUBLED!
If you've followed me for some time now, then you might know that I'm not one who loves to put on makeup. For some unknown reason, I'm always worried that makeup is going to clog my pores and give me acnes. (My brain: No, it's just because you're lazy!) *Err, did you hear anyone talking? No? I didn't either, so let's move on.* But I do need to put on makeup for some occasions such as a wedding dinners and interviews to look less tired (thanks to me going to bed at the wee hours of the morning) and more presentable (my acnes love to choose those times to pop up!). How do I convince myself to put on makeup??? 😭

|FOOD STORY| What The Fox: Apple Fox Cider Is Now In Malaysia!

A FOX JUST LANDED!
If you know me personally, then you'd know I don't normally drink. The reason is because I flush too easily and I don't particularly enjoy looking 'red' at anywhere public. 😂 But when I'm at home with my family, I do enjoy having some apple cider while chit-chatting and watching TV with them. So when I know that Apple Fox has brought New Zealand-inspired apple cider, which they called Apple Fox Cider, to our shores, I was elated!

|EVENT STORY| All Pink: Sugao From Japan Is In Watsons Malaysia!

PINK CLEARLY ISN'T MY FAVOURITE
Last week I went to Botanica Deli to take a look at Rhoto-Mentholatum Malaysia's latest brand, Sugao which is now available at selected Watsons outlets. June, who graciously extended an invitation to me, told me that we would be required to dress up in pink that day. When I first saw the word "PINK" I was like, 'yeah, alright, that shouldn't be an issue, I should have something in the wardrobe.' As I happily slid open the door and scanned my wardrobe, I realised I don't own any pink shirt/dress that's suitable for the event! The only pink I have is a polo T-shirt which would be deemed totally inappropriate. 😭

|EVENT STORY| Shop Beauty Products From Japan With Luxella.com!

luxella.com review
Facing the camera is Luxella.com's founder, Kaylee Lim.

COME TO ME!
After I came back from Japan, the only thing I regret not doing is bringing back as many beauty products as possible because I just realised a lot of them are not available at all in Malaysia! But what can I do? I won't be going back to Japan any time soon unless I learn how to grow money on trees. Luckily I found out about Luxella.com, an e-commerce beauty store with a focus on Japanese skincare and cosmetics (they ship to US, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Norway)!

Althea Petal Velvet Powder Review

A WOMAN OF HER WORD
I kept my promise! HAHA I barely could because the last few days has been so hectic I hardly had a chance to touch my laptop. But thank goodness, I managed to get this ready for you in time. So, as promised, I'm back with another powder review! Can't believe it's already a week since my last post. Time flies, doesn't it? Feel free to take a quick look there and come back here in case you're feeling lost! :D

|REVIEW| Klairs Mid-Day Blue Sun Lotion & Mochi BB Cushion Pact

Klairs mid day blue sun lotion review
Samples of all Klairs products.

2-IN-1 FOR KLAIRS
Yes! Today we are doing two products in one post! This is my first time doing a 2-in-1 so get ready for a longer than usual post. I stumbled upon Klairs when Eunice from Wishtrend (a company selling skincare products) introduced their one brand skincare box featuring Klairs on YouTube. Ever since, I tried very hard to get my hands on their products and finally this March, I managed to redeem the Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil, my first Klairs product, from Favful using my hard earned points. Since I'm here with two Klairs products, I'll be reviewing the cleansing oil this August too, so be sure to stay tuned! In the meanwhile, I'm not gonna keep you here for long, let's start with the Mid-Day Blue Sun Lotion review!

W.Lab Sebum Out Finish Powder Review

TWO TRANSLUCENT POWDER REVIEWS
Has anyone noticed that Althea has just recently launched their own brand product, the Althea Petal Velvet Powder? I'm so excited and of course I got my hands on it. It just arrived in a super beautiful and good-smelling parcel a few days ago! But as the title suggests, I'm not here to talk about Althea's Powder. At least not yet. Because I want to review the W.Lab Sebum Out Finish Powder, i.e. my current Holy Grail before I do Althea's. That I can more easily justify my thoughts on the new powder! So, do expect one more powder review post on the coming Saturday! 😀

|FOOD STORY| My Favourite: Tart Passion Bakery @ Damansara Utama

Tart passion bakery review

I SNATCHED ALL SIX
Last Saturday I had the pleasure to try out the tarts at Tart Passion Bakery located in Damansara Utama. I love eating tarts, especially egg tarts, but I'm also a very picky tart eater. I've tried a lot of egg tarts before but so far I haven't been able to find one that matches the one I had years ago. I still remember gobbling down all six of the tarts in the box although my aunt meant to give them to my grandmother. Not a very good niece/grandchild, am I? 😂😅 And kids, no you shouldn't do that because that's super impolite.
